Returns

To received a refund, excluding shipping charges, your return must be postmarked no more than 14 business days from the date delivered. Returns postmarked after 14 business days will be eligible for store or online credit only (NO EXCEPTIONS). All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with original ticketing & tags attached. Now Showing does not pay for return shipping fees. We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise. Swimwear, lingerie and nursing bras, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it. We try to keep our website updated daily. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is backordered we will contact you to let you know. Now Showing is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. Now Showing is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14 day return policy. Undergarments and skin care are FINAL SALES. Sorry, no exceptions.
